Fellow CHs, I'm getting some very nice Cayenne's and others from my garden now and, being fairly new to the world of chiles, need some advice. I would really like to dabble in the rhelm of making my own hot sauce from some of these garden goodies. I don't have a clue, however, as to how to make my own sauce. If anyone has some recipes they would like to share with me I would be forever in your debt! Thanks and keep it hot! Greg Jensen
