I'm picking habs and Serranos left and right! I've dried some of the habs whole, after freezing them as someone on the list suggested, and am going to have a hab chopping party( of one, me) tonite. I'm going to hang on to the Serranos and try roasting them this weekend over my grill. Any tips about pitfalls of roasting Serranos on a grill would be appreciated.
