I'm seconding the request for a sweet, GARLICY hot sauce.mmmmmmmmm 
Garlic is good for ANYthing that ails ya and the hot chiles make it twice
as good. Not to mention that between garlic and chiles they are good for
whatever ails any dish - usually lack of flavor (maybe I've just gotten so
it takes more and more for me to think there's flavor).
