I think you should involve local restaurants. Give them a chance to show off their hot dishes and sell it to the public ( Sort of a 'Taste of. . '). Get them maybe to contribute part of what they collect for the cause. They get exposure and your charity gets a few $$. Maybe they would be willing to give out the recipe for these dishes or sell the recipes for cheap. Now the public has recipes which include ingredients that you sell. Maybe a contest among the chefs. Not being part of the restaurant industry, I could be way off on what local Chefs would be willing to do. Signe Shivers
