When we opened our Southwest Marketplace, (now closed, couldn't keep up
with cafe, sauce business and that), we had a hot sauce eating contest.
Starting with the milder sauces and working up to the very hottest.
Prizes were donated from other business, such as in the mall, and of
course,  the winner had to eat a raw habanero.  Perhaps one of your
local Mexican restaurants would donate a gift certificate for dinner.
We gave away a year's membership to one of the Hot Sauce Clubs and a big
bottle of Pepto Bismol as the grand prize.  Had a great turnout and a
lot of fun!
