I have just made a batch of Habanero-Thai powder, with about a 2:1 hab concentration. It provides a nice blanket heat. (BTW, I left the seeds in when I ground the peppers.) On a different note, does anyone know of someone who has passed out from the intensity of a chile experience? ( I know it's odd, but strange thoughts cross one's mind on hot summer days.)
