Well, Jim!! Circumstances beyond any control of mine, prevented me from gettin into the smoked hab powder or the Smokin sauce, until tonight...the old man got lazy, and saw a big 2 1/2 lb broasted chicken at a grocery store at a very good price, so I bought the beast, and covered it all over with Walker's wood jerk sauce, and stuck it in the oven.....then I served it with a liberal sprinkle of your smoked hab powder, and put the Smokin Chipotle sauce on the table!!!Whooooeeee!! It was so good, that I will do that one again, and I dont even have to post the recipe!! Thanks very much Jim, your product is fabulous!
