I know that there are some folks on this list who like the extract sauces. If you like that level of heat, I need your help. I've just finished making a Daves' heat level type sauce and would appreciate some willing volunteers to provide me with feedback on how well I eliminated the extract type flavor that goes with these type of sauces.
