Try making flavored oils. Toss handfuls of basil/mint/whatever in the
blender with oil of your choice, whirr away, then strain and keep in
fridge. YUM. Good over pasta too, with a little Parmigiano.

Plus which, I'm sure chiles could be worked into it somewhere :)
