News Flash From OZ ****** Just Watching one of the local 6 pm regional news programs. 4 brave police officers were the first of 150 on the mid north coast of NSW-OZ to be trained in the use of Cap spray. The Brand was M.K. first alert, a approximatly 3-4 inch tall can which seemed to shoot a stream of solution -{non toxic-vegetable based according to the trainer}. "I wouldn't mind a job training the trainers."- said Luke. The officers who were sprayed were washed off with detergent, water and saline solution. Now as any good Chile-Head knows this doesn't work really all that well. I also wondered how many of them experienced a case of Hunan Willie, {with appologies here to Bill Clinton} after the event as they seemed to be wiping their hands all over their faces. A 20 minute recovery time was also quoted. I was wondering if anybody on the list knew if this cap spray was any worse than getting a face full of Daves Insanity. {yes I did once or twice shake a bottle when the lid was not screwed on properly}, but in my defense I did try to get my tounge around all the sauce it could reach as I ran screaming to the shower. On the second occasion I managed to kiss a particulary obnoxious 5yr old child on the way.<G> Who me I said as I emerged 10 minutes later from taking a long shower and using 2 litres/Quarts of Milk {full Cream} as a face wash. Anyway enough of the rambling. P.S. Just spent a whole week Playing Masters Baseball here in Coffs, played 12 games and our team lost the Final to the over 40's team 19-9 ,. Now as I'm 44 I should have been on that team but they only had 3 guys in the under 40's team so some of us lied about our height and played for them. Still Got a gold medal though...Hope we get more players for the 2000 games. Luke in OZ
