[CH] Seeds for season 1999

I live in Slovakia (Europe) and I grow every year peppers. This year I 
tried to grow jalapenos and serranos. It looks the yield will be good. I 
had those seeds from USA. But it seems there will be problems to get new 
seeds next year. Who will help me? Don’t send me addresses of suppliers 
from abroad. There’s no possibility to buy with a credit card. Do I find 
somebody who have a willingness to send me JALAPENOS, SERRANOS or even 
RED SAVINA HABANERO species? Thanx in advance. Palo.
