I agree with all the previously posted ideas of Renae, though I would add a couple others. I would try Ahmad's in the Old Market. It is a small restaurant serving Persian food. The owner is the cook. You will get some very authentic food. He has a lamb dish that comes in a pint bowl with a red tomato/ginger sauce in it. No peppers but it is spicy from the ginger. There is also a Vietnamese restaurant called The New Saigon located on Dodge street at about 40th street in a hot sheet hotel. Great food and the cook will make it hotter than most places. P.S. If you want contact me off list and I could arrange for a fix of chiles while your in the big 'O. The habs (Congo Reds) are doing great. Vince
