Thanks all for the great salsa recipes! I made some whoppin' hot salsa [with the great help of my non-CH neighbor/chef]. And, surprisingly, a lot of folks ate it up once the brew started flowing. I discovered about half a dozen closet chile-freaks residing @ my work place. And, I pointed them all to the great resource of this list; hopefully a few will join. Thanks again for the recipes. One question: Can I take the remainder of the salsa, put it in a tupperware-like dish and freeze it for awhile? I'm such a wuss when it comes to cooking and could never duplicate the product on my own, but I want to preserve a sampling for the next office wing-ding. *my cooking with chilis is limited to throwing my peppers into a vat of Ragu or lining my delivery pizza leftovers the next day for breakfast (-:
