Greetings chile-folk! Ok...silly question time. I should know this already from being around here for so long. Duh. Can I grow my own hatch chiles in upstate NY? Is the season too short here? Would it be worth it? Are they very challenging? Can I get hatch plants by mail? I'm thinking it would be nice to get a taste of these morsels without having to dole out a wad of cash to have some delivered from New Mexico.
