My singular habanero has finally stopped growing at just short o f 6". It has started turning orange and the orange is getting darker. What do I do with one 6" habanero? Make salsa for 1000 or make real appetizers by positioning a tiny portion of the pod on top of some frijoles on a tostado, sprinkling the whole with Jack and broiling them. I figure I could make upward of 400 appetizers. I'm afraid to pick the chile without first planning all the things that I will need to have available to use with the chile once it's picked. Whew! Elsa
