In 1986 a study by Edwards & Lundstrom (sp?) found that seeds from mature pods germinated faster and with a higher success rate that seeds from immature pods or umm.. over-mature pods (that had been left on the plant to overripen). They also found that slowly drying the seeds over 3-4 weeks improved the strike rate. Hope I'm not too late :-) Cheers Chris
