Well, Tantrika, Doug, and Rich, I'm located between you all on Point Concepcion in Lompoc and I'm just starting to harvest my Red Savinas, have been inundated with Thai Dragons and SuperChiles, the Jalapeņos are turning red (can somebody say Chipotles?!). My Tabascos are coming along, but will probably be two-three more weeks. On top of that, the Romas and Beefsteaks are just starting to gear up. I need me a big ol' bag of onions and a pickup truck load of cilantro so I can get on with some serious salsafying. BTW, someone posted a recipe for srirachi not too long ago.
