This must be in the archive somewhere, but after looking through a few dozen issues, I've given up. So forgive me in advance. :) Capsicum, mainly in the form of cayenne, has been used by loads of people trying to loose fat. It's in many herbal thermogenic formulas that anyone can pick up at their local health food store. Does anyone know any sources/links/etc. that might substantiate cayenne's effects? I assume that the idea is to get your base metabolic rate up by increasing one's temperature. Can anyone point me to any net sources that might give me a clue whether this is true or not? Thanks. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
