[CH] Recipe for Jamacian Jerk Paste

Hi Everyone,

I am fortunate enough to have gotten some ripe habs early this year and
would love to make a jerk paste.  I do not want a dry rub or sauce, I had
in mind, one like Walkers Wood paste in a jar.  I know most of the
ingredients but not sure amounts etc.

If someone has a recipe handy or could point me in the right direction, I
would appreciate it.
