[CH] Indoor Growing

This year I grew approximately 50 plants in containers in my driveway and have
been harvesting Habs, Thai's, Cayenne's, Hot Red Cherry's etc.  I grew all of
these plants from seeds.  Since the frost is almost upon us I want to bring
the plants inside and continue to grow them in my basement using a high
pressure sodium light.  I'm going to be growing them in two areas each
approximately 10'X10'.  The ceiling is 7 ft.  Does anyone have any
recommendations for the wattage of the sodium lights.  I intended to buy two
400 watt lights however the company makes 150, 175, 200 and 250 watt bulbs.
I'm concerned because of the small area and I don't want to burn the plants.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
