Gary, Those sure do look like the Thai Dragons I grew this year. I too was not overly impressed with the heat/flavor, but man are they prolific! I've been drying most of mine. I have been using them to practice tying mini-ristras, too. There is something deeply ingrained that makes it excruciating for me to discard chiles, but I certainly won't be growing them again.
