Does anyone have a good recipe for a green tomato salsa...I mean green...non-ripe red tomatos, as opposed to green, green tomatos... I have incredible amounts of green Romas that will never ripen in this century... And...please..is there a reasonable substitute for cilantro??... Thanks!!!...
