My plants have been producing very well this year and I have > them coming out of my butt (wow that burns!) just a figure of speech..Please > advise..Bill ?We just wash the pesticides, dust, etc. off, remove the stems and put them in zip-lock bags. Like most thin-walled chiles they freeze pretty well. You could also de-seed and de-vein and slice them into little circles, but then you lose most of the heat. They won't quite look like fresh when thawed because freezing will cause cell damage, but they'll be pretty close. Dave Anderson Tough Love Chile Co. http://www.tough-love.com
