Here I am, back from Rhode Island. You folks were correct. There is no hot food in RI, at least not in the portion I landed in. I did have some excellent lobster and at a much better price than here in Calif. I took my little bottle of Kaitaia Fire (NZ product) and my little bottle of Aji sauce. I shared some with a fellow diner at the hotel who was have withdrawal pains (from West Texas) and needed something to spark up a cheesburger. As I skimmed through the lists that came in while I was away, I noticed someone mentioned a commercial sauce containing Cilantro, (on the lables it is Coriander) The sauce is Recaito made by Goya and I use it all the time. It is made in Puerto Rico. needs to be refrigerated after opening. Lovely stuff. -- Andie Paysinger & the PENDRAGON Basenjis,Teafer,Cheesy,Singer & Player asenji@earthlink.net So. Calif.
