My Savinas start to turn orange first but quickly change to red. The largest pod on my six plants is toying with me though. It has just a bit of orange and green on the very tip and hasn't changed a bit in a week. If cross-pollination occurred you wouldn't see the results unless you planted seed from the pods in question. The nights are cooling off now, it was 45°F here last night so that may have something to do with it. Also, rumor has it that GNS is working on a monster Orange Hab that is supposed to weigh in at about 400K Scovilles. Maybe you inadvertantly received seeds from that variety.
