Many thanks to Brother Rael for his gumbo recipe. I made a double batch saturday night and have been feasting ever since. Tossed in some shrimp per the suggestion and they were delicious. A must for next time. Even my dear old ma took a fancy to the dish even with the heat and all. Since the gumbo went over so good, I'd like to try my hand at a pot of jumbalaya this time but I don't have a recipe.
