All I can say is it is wow. I poured it on some popcorn last night. First couple of bites, aww, this stuff is wimpy. Then wham! It heats up but good. Has decent fruited flavor, not "burned cat". Not a vinegary taste. One problem, though. The heat stays on your lips a long time. Got on my mouthpiece when I was practicing my trumpet last night. Tonight I'll have one heck of a set of "hot lips" at orchestra rehearsal! What do you think of Tabasco Habanero Sauce? Karen E. Stober kstober@att.com
