The strangest things happen while I'm doing typical catering jobs. One of the guests came up and put roast beef on his plate then proceeded to cover it with horseradish, and I mean cover it, almost 1/2 inch thick. Well seeing this the Event Coordinator decided to introduce me to the guest, knowing my background and love for spice. This gentleman and I talked very briefly about peppers, hot sauces, and seasonings. His big problem though is getting a supply of chile peppers in his home town of Greenville, South Carolina. I told him I could probably find some sources for his habit, and that I would get the info to him within a week. Now can anyone share some information with me regarding chile peppers in SC? I really appreciate your help in this search. I believe this man may be on the verge of converting to ChileHeadism (?) Thanking you in advance.
