Does anyone have some good ways of making your own hot sauces? I have just harvested a ton of serranos, jalepenos and anchos, and would like to either make different types or combine them all into 1 hot sauce. Particularly, I'm interested in recipes where they are blended and mixed with a good oil and some garlic. I think I can probably figure out how to do it, but there may be some ingrediants I would not think of adding, such as vinegar, etc. Thanks
