Lucky man that I am, I work with another chile-head who, unlike me, gardens successfully. One result of this, which turned up on my desk late last week, was a large Ziploc baggie of various chiles- mostly jalapenos, but a couple of New Mexico and other varieties tossed in. Having picked up a large quantity of tomatillos at the Madison farmers' market this weekend, I'm now on the hunt for a good salsa verde recipe. Anyone able to help out?
