For this to cause polination, you probably need enoungh air flow to shake the flowers, which causes pollen to fall from the stamens to the pistol. If you can set your plants so that they get several hours of direct sunlight every day, they'll be fine. If not, you should start shopping around for some lights. them to grow and bloom. This means about 300 watts of florecent lights per square meter. One fixture every 8 or 9 inches should do it. Don't bother with grow lights, the cheapest cool white bulbs put out just as much light in the frequencies that plants use as grow lights. <RANT> Or they did, last couple of years you can't find a 40w lamps any more, everyone is selling these 34w "energy saver" lamps. Yeah, right. And when you go blind from working in insufficent light, then what. </RANT> Or you can use some sort of HID lamp. I'm not sure which type is best for growing, just look for one that warns about UV exposure, I guess. -- Tony Lill, Tony.Lill@AJLC.Waterloo.ON.CA President, A. J.
