My mistake mate. Cook the chicken in the marinade until tender.

Your recipe looks apptizing, except that you never mentioned about cooking
the chicken (other than an aside in your notes section).  As is, you say to
mix cold marinated raw chicken into the cooked sauce and serve immediately.

Well, if the marinade just makes "tandoori chicken" to add to the sauce, I
guess simply roasting the chicken at high temp would be the way to go.
