I have a couple of friends that would like to grow similar plants, which I am more than willing to provide for. To which I reply; Jeff, if your Super Chile is the same variety as the one I grew this year, upright pods, compact habit, pods 1"-2.5" long, smallish leaves, medium heat, it is an F1 hybrid and the offspring seeds can't be relied upon to produce a plant identical to the parents. However, you might get very lucky and produce some interesting results. When saving seeds the pods should be left to ripen fully on the plant and, depending on your climate, humidity, etc you can air dry them or dry them over low heat. Seeds from the early pods tend to have a better germination rate. Hope this is helpful. In Chiles, Doug
