While looking around the web for information on capsaicin I ran across
these two sites. The first one is from a bunch of AR college students and
is a nice introduction about some of the science of why we feel the heat
from hot peppers and a hypothesis on why you can build up a tolerance
against hot peppers. The second paper is about getting to the Getting at
the Molecular Roots of Pain. Both are very interesting, although things
are cloned its not for crops so dont worry, learn some cool things about
our capsiacin receptors.
