I just got Rick Bayless's Mexican Kitchen book this week and 
there is a recipe for Sweet Pickled Chipotles. It uses 4 oz of dried 
chipotles in whole form and has my mouth watering. I may try 
some this weekend. It will take me time to type the recipe.
