HiChris, wellcome aboard, as regards Chilli's & health, well i've found that eating Chilli's makes me feel good, so thats a health benefit. Another plus is that when you cook 'em (in a pan) the fumes really clear the nose & sinuses out. Not too scientific I know but of anecdotal value.
