'Pods, I wish I could remember who was asking about this, but one candidate that might fit is the yellow squash pepper. We've grown them once and while they didn't grow late enough to mature since our growing season is short here, they were pretty good sized green. I don't know how big they get mature, and these weren't huge. We used the few we did have stuffed with the recipe for tod man gai, and the result once fried up after a dip in batter was punishing. Just the flesh of the peppers was pretty hot. Some of you might remember my describing this at the time a few years back. Wonderful, wonderful stuff, though. We haven't started seeds yet, although we should have, but I'm looking around for seeds to try these again maybe this year. -babs -- "Excuse me while I dance a little jig of despair."
