Really envious of you Luke but will get over to OZ later this year.

Comment on a couple of recent recipes that I tried. 
Doug's Sweet potatoes (Kumera in NZ). Nice variation of what must be one
of the most popular veggies here. Can be spiced right up. 
The other was Dan's Potatoes. I make a very similar mixture to go with
chicken pieces except I use tomatoes, chilies and the dreaded bell
peppers ect rather than a jar of salsa. 
Same effect, but I never thought of putting potatoes in. I used this
with a grilled steak the other night. Turned out good.

Waiting for an excuse to do a roast beef, so I can try Judy's Italian
beef
sandwich.

While admiring my healthy looking plants and thinking how lucky I seem
to be with no bugs or diseases. I picked a tired Jalepeno and found a
grub inside. This is a first for me here. Any ideas, anybody?

Due to another "restructuring" (read close) of our local post service.
