Dear Andrew, You won't have to "look out for" anything in this "chile-head's" paradise! Singapore has a magnificent assortment of restaurants, outdoor stalls, markets, etc. Be sure to visit the Indian section of town, and do not fail to try the national dish: Chilli Crab. Go into any of the high-rise merchandise marts and there will be several small restaurants which will please you! I never had any trouble getting my stir-fries hot enough at the food stalls! Just point to the "chillies" and the chef will add more. You'll also find an assortment of hot sauces on your table (or nearby). Enjoy!!
