One suggestion...
Do not go to the top of the Empire State Building. It takes too long and
they closed up the 105th floor, which has the best scenery IMHO.
Other than that, go to Mesa Grill (if you can get in - try to make a
reservation) but that is for chile-related food. For romantic, you might
have to make reservations months ahead of time at something like Le
Cirque 2000 or places like that. Depends on when you are going and how
soon.
