I thought this was gonna be a spoof but you've come up with a great recipe
here, George!  Thanks.  Keep those creative ideas coming.

Frozen anchos....?  Are you finding frozen ancho peppers some place to buy
or are these some you've frozen yourself?  What is the advantage to freezing
instead of keeping dried?  Do you keep them with more moisture content that
way or something?
