Seems to me: if they remove the seeds they are bound to remove some of the ribs the seeds are attached to, which is where the heat is, which would would skew the results even more. It also seems like a reasonable explanation as to why people still believe (erroneously) that the seeds are where the heat resides. Scott... KCK
