Good for you, yes it would float. And if it were composted with peat moss or
rotted leaves or the like, it would be quite buoyant indeed (and most of it
is because the additives not only make it "lite," but cheaper to produce.)
Now, could we talk about gardening and SOIL. I mean SOIL. As opposed to
DIRT. DIRT is the unhandsome stuff on your face and hands. We don't grow in
or work to improve DIRT; we're in the SOIL business. Clothes are SOILED when
the yard or garden material gets on them. Clothes are DIRTY when food or
body liquids make them unclean. The garden is never unclean, never dirty,
'cause the dark stuff is soil, not dirt.
