The two year old Black Namaqualand outdoors is covered with fruit twice the size of last year. Trying to start some early Rocottos, having the same germination troubles as other people. Still I have heaps of seeds to play with! Things must be looking up here in the "Land of the Long White Cloud". Visiting Rotorua last week. (heaps of tourists) Bought in a super market Chorizo sausages. These are quite spicy and much above the norm available here. There was also some very tired looking, what seemed to be Cayanne peppers at $NZ19.99 per kilo!!! WOW, I reckon I should go in the chile farming business. Eh Jim? :-) Doubt you would sell many though. Tony Flynn Grandad. Retired at the beach. Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
