Well, Jeff, I finally got around to trying your jerk rub, and it was a resounding success! I used it, liberally, on a 1 1/2 lb boneless pork loin, after scoring what little bit of fat I left on it(how I stay at 160 lbs) and then it went into a convection oven for an hour at 300F and finished for 15 more minutes at 450F That little roast was superb, it sliced perfectly, was as tender as it could be, and sliced cold, makes just great sandwiches....forgot to add, that I left the loin in the fridge, in a baggie, for two days, with the rub on, so that it was well marinated in. As I do not barbecue much, I felt that this was the closest to a barbecue, and it worked like a charm Jeff's Jerk Rub??? Highly recommended, by the old guy....Doug in BC
