Put a hand full of red Jalapeno peppers in a blender.  Put the blender on 
high until the peppers are completely chopped up.  Sieve the mash through an 
old women's sheer hose into a hand fly sprayer.  Package and seal the 
stocking and mash in a double thickness of plastic bags, throw away, then 
thoroughly, and I do mean thoroughly, clean the blender.  Be sure that people 
and pets are not downwind before spraying.  I speak from experience.
