Andrew My condolances, ~~Been there done that~~ >Last night, London and most of England had an >unseasonal snow fall and a >frost [in April ?]- from personal experience I can >say the even chili >seedlings cannot melt through the snow cover >successfully. Can now look >out upon a growbag of white, wilted seedlings. >Global 'warming' is >screwing up the seasons, here. But my question is did you try to beat the system? In the 80's we had a warm spring I planted out everything, early. On May 10th we had 24 in of heavy wet snow. Lost all my non- frost hardies. Never tried to beat the system again. And a foolish question, did the weather liars tell you it was coming? In a grow bag I would have found room inside for a few days. Byron
