Somehow, I missed the beginning of the chorizo thread. Just acquired a
grinder, and I'm eager to make chorizo. Need some good recipes from you
experts, (including Leslie). My grinder has a sausage stuffer, and I'd like
to make links as well as patties. I'm unsure about general interest, so
