Toronto Harbourfront Hot and Spicy Food Festival HOT & SPICY FOOD FESTIVAL July 28 - 30 Fearless foodies unite at the third edition of this hotter-than-a-Scotch-bonnet affair. The festival — moved to the heart of the summer this year — serves up edible treats and musical beats from the Indo-Caribbean and South Asian worlds including fusion, chutney-soca and bhangra. The festival, produced in part by "Pan Alive" in collaboration with the Caribbean Cultural Committee, includes celebrity chefs sharing their secret recipes and local restaurants serving their mouth-watering best. Dance events, cooking classes, a marketplace and other spicy happenings complete the menu.
