Hello Ch's
Here is a recipe I stumbled across lately for CHILE SORBET
2 x 198g cans diced capsicum, well drained
1 Cayenne chile seeded and chopped (Feel free to spice it up!!!)
Half a table spoon salt
375ml can of Lemonade
Thinly sliced cucumber to serve.
1) Place the capsicums in a blender and blend until smooth
2) Place puree in a large bowl. Add salt and Lemonade. Mix well. Chill well
3) Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker for 15 mins, until softly frozen.
Freeze for 15 min, then serve with slices of cucumber.
Hint: To make with out an ice cream maker, freeze in a plastic container
until firm. Blend until smooth, then re-freeze mixture for 2-3 hours until
firm and icy but not frozen.
Enjoy
Regards
Arran
